May 14th Charged.HK member meetup and afternoon drive.
Note: This event was originally scheduled for May 7th, but has since been moved to May 14th.
For our May 14th event, we will meeting for brunch at Al Molo in Ocean Terminal at noon. We suggest you park at Ocean Terminal. After brunch, we will set off for the Jockey Club's Beas River Country Club, Sheung Shui, from Ocean Terminal car park (probably sometime between 3pm - 4pm). Exact time of setting off for Beas River will be posted on the whats app and Line chats.
Once we reach Beas River, we'll have a leisurely afternoon / evening tea and stroll through the extensive grounds. We'll be showing the public our cars, talking about them, and demonstrating EVs in the real world of Hong Kong.
The cost will be shared by participants but as a rough estimate, the voting member cost for lunch will be around:
(a) $350 per adult
(b) $200 per child (aged 3-12)
(c) Infants (below 3) go free
The cost of tea and snacks at Beas river should not exceed $80 per person.
Associate members pay HK$50 extra per person (and the fees shown below include this premium).
